When I bought a new car last year, I promptly received a questionnaire in the mail from the dealer asking among other things, would I buy another car from the dealership again? My answer was : let me drive the car for while, then I tell you.
With the year coming to a close, I can now definitely tell you, how very pleased I am with the NORTHSTAR windows I purchased from your company in July of this year (2003) .
Having lived with the new windows during the summer, when the house stayed much cooler than in previous years, I can now also report a significant reduction in heating required to keep the home comfortable.
I was also impressed with the smooth and very professional installation of the 31 windows (on 3 floors), which not only improved the appearance of my home outside and inside, but has also added to it's value.
To sum up, this was the best home improvement I have made in recent years. (and by the way: yes I would do it all over again!)
